We are working with a busy medical device organisation who are looking for skilled Production Assemblers to join their team. This role involves assembling electro-mechanical devices with precision, primarily in a cleanroom setting, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. The position will be based in Welwyn Garden City initially, relocating to Oxford by mid 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble fine components in a cleanroom environment with a focus on precision and efficiency.

* Ensure all necessary documentation and inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.

* Inspect your own work regularly, and verify the quality of colleague's assemblies.

* Adhere to strict regulatory and quality assurance procedures to maintain high standards.

Desired Skills:

* Previous experience in production or assembly roles, especially with small components.

* Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for working with intricate parts.

* Knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies is beneficial but not required.

* Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is an asset.
