About The Role:Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: 09:30am to 15:00pm

Role overview

You will work as part of a team, providing service for all food and beverages within the event spaces of the corporate headquarters. This includes assisting with event catering, supporting the staff restaurant, and maintaining surrounding areas.=Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role

  • Ensure agreed standards of service are maintained in all areas and guests are treated professionally and courteously at all times.
  • Keep all areas where food and beverages are served clean and tidy.
  • Set up food service areas and ensure they are ready for guests to use.
  • Interact with meeting clients during morning coffee, lunch, and afternoon tea breaks as appropriate.
  • Inform the Chef of replenishment required during any service.
  • Ensure that beverages, hot and cold, are set up and the area is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Use equipment correctly and report any faults to the General Manager.
  • Carry out any reasonable request made by a member of management. About You:
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with guests and clients
