- Proven experience as a Quality Manager within the medical/ pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- Relevant qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (BEng, HND, CQI, etc.)
- Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations (ISO 13485, etc.)
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with quality management systems and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Leading and managing the quality assurance and control processes across the manufacturing site
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conducting audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
- Managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and driving corrective and preventive actions
- Providing training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures
- Preparing quality reports and presenting findings to senior management
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards
