Mortgage and Protection Adviser job requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a broker 
  • Fully ceMAP qualified (or equivalent) 
  • Good track record of new business generation 
  • Proven track record in volume mortgage sales working with HNW individuals 
  • Track record of building relationships and maintaining relationships for years to come 
  • Knowledge of the markets we operate in and the demographic of our customer base 
  • A driven and ambitious professional who will support us in growing this department 
  • Well-presented individual with excellent communication skills 
  • The ability to represent our brand to levels we have become expected for 

Mortgage and Protection Adviser duties:

  • Provide expert mortgage advice and brokerage services to clients, ensuring compliance with CeMAP (or equivalent) regulations and maintaining a strong track record in volume mortgage sales, particularly with High Net Worth individuals.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, offering tailored support to meet their evolving financial needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed on market trends, mortgage products, and the specific needs of the company’s target demographic to deliver customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with management to drive the growth of the mortgage department, contributing to business development strategies and mentoring team members.
  • Represent the company’s brand with professionalism and excellence in all interactions, ensuring exceptional communication and a polished image at all times.
