Architectural Technician in Hertfordshire?
I am working with a well-established company near Hertford to find a talented Architectural Technician to join their growing delivery team.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio, including residential projects of various scales as well as developments in the education, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed drawings and technical documentation.
- Prepare tender packages and ensure technical accuracy.
- Collaborate with the design and delivery teams to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Revit (refresh training available if needed).
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly in detailing and construction processes.

Salary will be based on experience and ability but is expected to be between 35,000 - 45,000.
