My client, based in Welwyn Garden City, is looking for a sales driven and highly organised Office Manager to manage a team of Internal Sales and Customer Service personnel to achieve targets. You will have excellent organisation and time management skills and be able to motivate the team to achieve KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and promote improved working practices.
- Conduct regular 1-2-1 meetings, call coaching and appraisals with members of the team.
- Have strong knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Establish and improve business relationships.
- Raise the profile of the company.
- Provide an excellent level of service in all interactions with customers.
- Accurately recording all relevant client data including interactions, appointments and key information.
- Produce sales procedures and reporting for the business.
- Assist the internal and external sales teams in formulating sales and call plans.
- Motivate the team to achieve KPI’s.
The successful candidate will have:
- Leadership experience.
- Selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.
- Presentation and report writing skills.
- Strategic, Budgetary and Financial knowledge.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
