We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join a dynamic team within the education sector. This role is ideal for someone with prior recruitment experience who is eager to support the onboarding of new recruits and manage document processing in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Screening, reference checking, and onboarding of staff.
  • Ensuring rapid processing of documents to meet the fast-paced demands of the business.
  • Working remotely with occasional visits to the Welwyn Head Office.
  • Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, totalling 40 hours per week.
  • Utilising Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook to manage tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • You must be able to occasionally commute to the head office in Welwyn Garden City (not on transport route)
  • Proven recruitment experience, particularly in reference checking, onboarding, and screening.
  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  • Driving capability is ideal due to the remote location of the office.
  • A DBS check is required; having a current DBS is advantageous.
