SALARY: £26,000 to £28,000 pa
CONRACT: Permanent, Full Time (Mon to Friday 8.30am to 5.30am)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Winning the Business
- Be an ambassador for Smart10 and consistently demonstrate core business values
- Conduct sales callsin order to introduce Smart10’s services to prospective clients and maintain contact with existing clients
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, previous employment, and availability – match to suitable vacancies. If no suitable vacancy exists, contact clients in an endeavour to obtain a suitable role
- Arrange and attend visits to existing and prospective clients
- Keep in close contact with existing clients to keep abreast of their needs
- Generate leads from all possible sources including networking
- Obtain full details of all vacancies/assignments and understand all of the clients’ requirements
- Present candidate details to client and arrange interview, where appropriate
- Keep up to date on competitor activity and developments in the market
- Negotiate with clients resulting in a positive revenue stream for the business
- Provide candidates with comprehensive information and instructions on the client, including its location, Health and Safety at Work requirements, job expectations, standards and rate of pay
- Encourage candidates to work in such a way as to ensure the highest possible credit to Smart10
- Co-ordinate with other colleagues to ensure that the maximum number of bookings are filled
- Continually check with client the new placement is satisfactory and follow up progress

- Optimise all opportunities to sell the services of Smart10
- Structure daily and weekly activities to ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Gain commitment from clients through regular sales calls and visits
- Ensure that high levels of customer service (to both clients and candidates) are achieved at all times
- Deal effectively with client and candidate queries and resolve them in a timely fashion
Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and candidates. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all client’s businesses
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve the objectives/targets of the office
- Maintain regular contact with candidates to continually assess their needs, establish their availability, and actively seek suitable work for them to ensure a quality service is provided
- Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
- Provide a warm and professional welcome for all visitors to the branch to ensure that the first impressions and contact with Smart10 are positive
