We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our partner school based in Welwyn Garden City that has been rated Outstanding 5 times by Ofsted! The Learning Support Assistant role will require you to support a variety of children across the school. The school is keen to hire a Learning Support Assistant immediately to fill this position.

The Role:

  • Our new learning support assistant will support children who have additional SEND needs such as ASD, MLD, PMLD and SEMH.
  • The learning support assistant will support the teacher getting classroom ready for lessons.
  • Support the teacher in managing classroom behaviour
  • As learning support assistant, you will be supervising group activities such as outdoor learning, sports, life skills, socialising and playing with peers.
