We are seeking a Customer Service Co-ordinator for a client that supplies high-quality windows and doors to the construction industry.
The role involves providing exceptional service to customers, managing warranty engineer visits, spare parts requests, and resolving complaints post-installation.
Candidates should have experience in customer service and be proficient in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel.
The position requires a proactive individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working within a small, ambitious team.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should ideally have at least two years of relevant experience.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a supplier of high quality windows and doors to the construciton industry for a Customer Service Co-ordinator.

Our client have a quality high value product and are looking for someone who is able to provide a high quality of service to their customers who may require an engineer visit under warranty or spare parts and remedial action to be taken.

You will be responsible for the effective resolution of customer queries or complaints after installation and for co-ordinating Engineer to ensure any issues are resolved ensuringcustomer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Microsoft programmes including Excel and will enjoy being busy and part of a small but ambitious team working as part of a much bigger global company.
