About the Role: Our client, a leading holiday company offering group tours worldwide, is looking for a dedicated Flights & Travel Operations Coordinator to join their small and friendly Flights and Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring tours are meticulously planned and organised, delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight bookings, including ticketing and handling client requests for extras such as ad-hoc seats, group bookings, domestic add-ons, and upgrades.
  • Issue variable airline fares, reissues, and refunds.
  • Handle schedule changes by liaising with suppliers and clients.
  • Produce accurate travel documents and flight manifests within strict deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients across all channels.
  • Assist in producing reports, documentation, and statistics for suppliers, leaders, and airport representatives.
  • Occasional support the Duty Officer out of office hours

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly in operations, sales support, or administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy and written skills.
  • GDS experience
  • Proficiency in general IT skills and excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with the ability to workload.
  • Pro-active problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility.
