About the Role:As a Sales and Reservations Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in guiding clients toward their ideal holidays to stunning destinations around the world. You’ll combine expert advice with outstanding service to convert enquiries into bookings, upsell where possible, and ensure every customer feels valued and inspired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to help clients choose their perfect holiday.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through consultative selling and relationship building.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including booking flights and other trip essentials.
  • Proactively chase leads and follow up on enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Participate in occasional overseas trips or trade shows to deepen your product knowledge.

What You’ll Need:

  • Sales experience, ideally within the travel industry.
  • A passion for travel and the ability to inspire others.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A consultative, empathetic approach with a focus on delivering the best customer experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of GDS is a bonus, but training can be provided.
