About the role:

Join our client, a renowned holiday company specialising in worldwide group tours, as their new Flights & Travel Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you'll be part of a friendly and supportive Flights and Operations team, ensuring every tour is planned and executed to perfection. Your work will help create unforgettable experiences for travellers.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Book, ticket and manage flight requests, including extras like ad-hoc seating, upgrades, and domestic add-ons.
  • Handle variable fares, ticket reissues and refunds.
  • Manage schedule changes with suppliers and clients.
  • Create precise travel documents and flight manifests on time.
  • Provide outstanding support through email, phone and other channels.
  • Generate reports and statistics for internal and external stakeholders.

What the client is looking for:

  • Background in travel operations, sales support and administration.
  • High accuracy in work and strong numeracy and writing skills.
  • Familiarity with GDS systems, Amadeus or Galileo and solid IT skills.
  • Exceptional communication and service delivery.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
