SRM Recruitment are working with a leading holiday company looking to hire a Travel Coordinator to join them in Welwyn Garden City.
You will ensure the smooth planning and execution of travel arrangements, delivering high standards of customer service. The ideal person will be passionate about travel, contributing to a dynamic team responsible for coordinating travel operations for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries
- Managing reservations (in particular flights) and overseeing ticketing
- Process requests for additional services such as flight seat selections, group arrangements, and upgrades
- Manage fares, reissues, and refunds
- Coordinate schedule adjustments, maintaining communication with customers and suppliers
- Prepare flight manifests and ensure timely distribution to suppliers
To be considered for the position you will either:
- Have at least 1 years experience working in a similar position and using a GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo, and Pegasus etc)
- Studied Leisure and Tourism at either college or university
Further Details:
- Salary up to £24,000
- Dsicounted holidays
- Hybrid working ( 3 days in the office / 2 WFH)
