Duties and Responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative:

Ensure commitment to maintaining high quality and meeting production lead times
Work as part of a team to produce and manage orders
Effectively manage time and productivity
Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
Keep production areas clean and organised

Experience Required for Warehouse Operative:

Strong communication skills to liaise with team members
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Forklift licences (Front loader and Side loader) are a bonus but not required
