In this role, you'll be accountable for:

  • Creating a content strategy that aligns with the end clients: product vision, strategy, short term goals and long-term roadmaps.
  • Collaboration with wider teams, including UX and UI designers, product owners, developers and user researchers to create, iterate and evolve new customer experiences.
  • Set-up communication standards, enabling internal product managers to create their own communications with consistency across their branding and approach
  • Set-up documentation standards that enable product managers to develop process documentation for product consumption and use.
  • Collaborate with researchers to define user tests, analyse research and use findings to shape copy and content decisions, with a focus on a better user experience.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring communication aligns with their strategic direction.
  • Showcase the importance and value of UX writing with stakeholders across the business, including brand and marketing teams.

Experienced required:

  • Experience as a content manager / UX author, working with a technical discipline
  • Strong experience in UX writing across digital platforms, products and services
  • Understanding of UX writing best practice and it's value across the business,
  • Proven track record as a content manager / UX author ideally in a technical discipline
  • A sharp eye for detail with the ability to establish consistency of language across every component.
  • A real dedication to understanding user needs to help define what, why and how of the problems you're solving
  • Experience with tone of voice and how to adapt it for different customer journeys
  • Driven by understanding the importance of accessibility and inclusivity, particularly the use of clear language and the importance of screen reader functionalities and voiceover.
