A tier 1 main contractor in North London is seeking to hire an Architect for a long-term contract lasting a minimum of 6 to 12 months.
The role involves managing projects valued up to 150 million from inception to completion and requires reporting to the Lead Architect.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an architecture practice or main contractor and be proficient in Revit.
Applicants should be RIBA Chartered Architects with a solid understanding of planning, building control, and CDM regulations.

A tier 1 main contractor in North London are looking to expand their construction team and is currently recruiting for an Architect on a long term contract basis.

This position will be on going for a minimum of 6 - 12 months, with a view to extend depending on secured projects within the group.

As an Architect within the construction team, you will be responsible for delivering projects ranging up to 150 million from inception to completion and handover, reporting into the Lead Architect. To apply for this position, you will need to have had experience in taking design from inception to hand over. You will be expected to be involved from stage 3 to 5.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience within either an architecture practise or main contractor
Must have revit experience
RIBA Chartered Architect

Key Requirements:

Highly proficient with Revit
Understanding planning, building control, and CDM regulations.
Have worked with JCT and NEC forms
