Due to our continued success, we are expanding our sales operation and are looking for sales professionals who can flourish within a unique direct sales environment.

Sales Consultant - The Role:

Based in our modern showrooms, you'll work on a private appointment basis, visiting customers' homes and using the latest online presentation tools. This dynamic role involves understanding customer design requirements and transforming them into tailored design solutions using our bespoke software.

We're looking for a motivated, creative self-starter with a technical aptitude and the ability to take ownership of designs from concept to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to excel in an aspirational sales environment and enjoy the rewards that come with it.

We provide comprehensive product, design, and software training, alongside inspirational showrooms and a hands-on consultative sales culture.

Sales Consultant - Key Responsibilities:

- Attend qualified appointments both in customers' homes and through online design tools, understanding their needs and offering innovative home improvement products

- Work with homeowners to design their dream living space or custom windows and doors using our unique design software and product range

- Visit new and existing customers who have shown interest in our products, providing advice on planning, building regulations, and design (full training provided)

- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, contributing to business success through exceptional service

- Actively listen to customers, ask insightful questions, and gather ideas to create tailored designs that meet their needs

Sales Consultant - You:

- A full driving license and car ownership are required, as the role involves regular travel

- Highly driven, determined to succeed, and flexible in adapting to different customer needs

- Passionate about helping customers and delivering exceptional service

- Goal-oriented with proven experience in consistently hitting or exceeding targets

- A professional sales consultant who represents the company and industry with integrity

- Strong numerical and logical thinking skills for effective decision-making

- Proficient in IT, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire, inform, and engage customers

- Strong problem-solving skills, focused on finding cost-effective solutions

- Friendly, determined, and able to demonstrate the value of our products to new customers
