- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire regulations, and leasehold legislation.
- Drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in property/block management.
- A strong understanding of leasehold property management and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
- Proficiency in Qube/Fixflo/Datastation and MS Office.
- Industry qualifications (e.g., MTPI) are a plus!
