Location: Welwyn, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

As they continue to expand, the business are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Paraplanning Team Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in financial planning, with excellent training and development prospects.

As a Paraplanning Team Assistant you'll be working closely with experienced professionals on Admin, Paraplanning and Compliance teams. Your days will be filled with:

  • Annual review meeting preparation
  • Preparing information for Paraplanners to conduct suitability letters
  • Client engagement and communication
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Team Collaboration with the Administrators


We're looking to speak with individuals who have:

  • 2+ years of working in a Financial Advisory practice, in an Administrator or similar capacity
  • A genuine interest in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Knowledge of UK Compliance regulations
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach.
