Regional Manager

Bright Selection is pleased to be supporting an established and high quality care provider seeking to recruit an experienced multi-site manager for a Regional Manager role.

The successful candidate will hold operational responsibility for 8 nursing and residential homes across the region. They will join a supportive and well resourced senior leadership team and will work with home managers to enable them to ensure that their homes provide the best possible care to residents, enabling them to remain independent and continue to enjoy living in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing line management and support to a team of experienced home managers enabling them to maintain care standards and achieve commercial targets
  • Liaising with clinical and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, commissioners and local communities
  • Ensuring team members act within company policies and procedures at all times
  • Representing the organisation and promoting a positive image
  • Liaising with the projects and developments team on refurbishments and new homes
  • Take part in SMT meetings to contribute to wider strategic and operational issues

Requirements:

  • Experience gained within a multi-site management role within the elderly care sector
  • Motivational, supportive and professional management style
  • NVQ Level 5, RMA, or equivalent and relevant management qualification
  • Drivers Licence and ability to travel across the group if required

Salary and Benefits:

  • up to 85,000 per annum plus car allowance
  • Excellent pension and additional benefits
  • Generous annual leave entitlement
