Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketer to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote their products/services, generate leads, and set appointments for our sales team. If you have a passion for sales and great communication skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and answer questions to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on leads generated.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve our offerings.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
