- Supporting stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
- A passionate and organised chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up
- A team player with leadership skills and a positive attitude
- A commitment to food safety, hygiene, and high standards
