• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are always a top priority
• Maintaining food quality and consistency in every dish
• Helping to lead and motivate the team, creating a positive and fun work environment
• Contributing ideas to the seasonal specials board
• Supporting stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation

• A passionate and organised chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up
• A team player with leadership skills and a positive attitude
• A commitment to food safety, hygiene, and high standards
• Someone who enjoys working in a creative kitchen environment where ideas are encouraged
• Reliable transport to Welwyn Village
