We’re on the hunt for a talented and driven Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and lead the busy kitchen operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being part of a close-knit, hard-working team.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen - from planning menus and ordering supplies to preparing dishes to a high standard.

Managing rotas and ensuring full team coverage - stepping up to keep things running smoothly when staff are absent.

Assisting in other hotel kitchens as needed - flexibility is key in this dynamic role.
Who we’re looking for:

A skilled and experienced chef - ideally with previous experience in a similar hotel or high-volume kitchen setting.

A hands-on team player - someone who’s adaptable, committed, and ready to step up when needed (we operate 365 days a year!).

Organised, proactive and an excellent communicator - you’ll be a natural leader who brings positivity and energy to the team.

Someone who values teamwork, has a great sense of humour, and helps create a kitchen culture where everyone supports each other and has fun doing what they love.
