We are partnering with a forward-thinking organization dedicated to promoting energy efficiency and sustainability in residential properties. They are currently seeking a qualified OCDEA (Online Domestic Energy Assessor) to join their team and help clients enhance their energy performance.
Role Overview:
As an OCDEA, you will conduct remote energy assessments for residential properties, providing critical insights and recommendations to improve energy efficiency. Your expertise will assist clients in reducing energy consumption, lowering costs, and supporting a sustainable future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote energy assessments using digital tools and data analysis.
- Generate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and detailed assessment reports.
- Advise clients on tailored energy-saving measures and improvements.
- Stay informed about the latest energy efficiency regulations and technologies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Qualified OCDEA with relevant certification.
- Proven experience in energy assessment or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in digital tools and software for assessments and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
