This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but growing sustainability consultancy who provided specialist energy compliance services to their expanding client base across the UK. They are on the lookout for an established SAP Assessor to join their energy team with their office based in Hertfordshire.

Role responsibilities for an SAP Assessor include:

  • Produce Part L SAP Assessments to ensure clients projects are in compliance with Part L regulations
  • Produce general energy and sustainability reports
  • Actively liaise with clients to help develop their understanding of Part O and Part L
  • Provide sustainable solutions and strategies to client to minimise their carbon footprint

The ideal SAP Assessor will have:

  • 1 to 2 years' experience within an energy assessor role delivering Part L SAP assessments for either residential or commercial projects
  • An On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor qualification
  • Working Knowledge of UK building regulations and legislations
  • Having additional energy assessor qualifications such as a NDEA or SBEM are desirable but not essential
  • Experience with industry standard software such as Design SAP or SketchUp
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
