Our Local Authority Client in Hertfordshire is looking to secure an experienced Principal Planning Officer to join their Development Management Team on a 3 month rolling basis (likely to be long term).
You will be mainly working from home, with minimum office presence of once per week.
The local authority is looking to bring in an experienced planner that can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
My client requires experience in the following areas:
·Gypsy and Traveller sites
·Urban extensions (Apply online only) homes)
·Green belt policy
·Renewable energy applications (battery storage and solar)
