This will be a key business partnering role, responsible for supporting your Operational stakeholders, as well as some key projects across customer and retail areas. It's got great visibility and enough autonomy to enact real change, whilst helping to shape decision making across the business. The hybrid policy will be flexible, on average 2 - 3 days office based per week, depending on diaries and value.
Main duties include:
* Business partner Operations Team including Exec level to support the delivery of the objectives, providing insight and challenge to drive performance
* Provide proactive support and analysis to influence decision making, insight on financial performance and challenge where necessary
* Evaluate tactical and strategic projects as needed, understanding how each will impact on the growth of the brand or group
* Challenge all investment decisions
* Own monthly accounting, capital expenditure and annual budget process
Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified and strong academic record to date
* Proven track record in a business partnering/commercial capacity in a dynamic organisation, or fast-paced big 4/blue chip environment
* Strong financial modelling skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence decision making
* Capable of building relationships with stakeholders from varying backgrounds and confident enough to challenge the status quo where necessary
* Proactive, positive approach to challenges and tasks
* Demonstrates passion, enthusiasm and creativity
