Salary: up to £55,000

The Senior Paraplanner will work closely with financial planners and the compliance team to deliver tailored and compliant financial planning solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting research & analysis – Identifying appropriate financial planning solutions based on client needs
• Preparing reports & recommendations – Creating compliant and client-focused financial plans
• Supporting financial planners – Assisting with advice preparation and attending client meetings where required
• Ensuring compliance & accuracy – Maintaining high standards in documentation and regulatory adherence
• Cashflow Modelling – Preparing detailed cashflow models to support holistic financial planning

Paraplanning experience, ideally within a small or medium-sized firmLevel 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, inheritance tax planning, and protectionExcellent communication & analytical skills – Ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear recommendationsProficiency in financial planning software & common platform providers
