As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a productive learning environment for students while covering for absent teachers. • Supervise classes across a variety of subjects, following lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
• Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment, especially for students with diverse language needs.
• Encourage positive behavior and provide additional support to EAL learners to ensure they understand instructions and can fully engage in lessons.
• Assist with any additional duties as required by the school.
