The client, a leading Residential Developer and Regeneration Specialist, is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join the team! The client works collaboratively with public and private sector partners to transform complex sites into vibrant, mixed-use developments.
The Position as a Senior Town Planner
The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning and development process, ensuring that projects are delivered in line with planning regulations, client objectives, and company goals. You will be responsible for managing multiple sites, leading on planning applications, and contributing to the strategic direction of developments.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
- RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant.
- Previous relevant consultancy experience.
- MRTPI qualified.
- Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
- Ability to work independently and within the supporting team.
- Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
- UK driving licence.
