We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our renowned AA Rosette Restaurant and Boutique Hotel. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in hospitality management, who thrives in a food lead, growth- minded environment.
Key Responsibilities:- People Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring high morale and a collaborative atmosphere.
- Financial Controls: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining the quality and standards expected of an AA Rosette establishment.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of both the restaurant and the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Staff Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance staff skills, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to brand standards.
- Shift Leadership: Take charge of shifts, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any issues that arise promptly and effectively.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £38,000 per year
