- Draft and review key legal documents such as wills, trust deeds, and powers of attorney.
- Work closely with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to ensure smooth estate administration.

- Contribute to the growth and development of the department through business development initiatives.
- Qualified Solicitor: A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Lexcel standards, AML regulations, and the SRA Code of Conduct.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build client trust and relationships.
- Efficient Case Management: Proven experience managing a busy and varied caseload.
