About the Role: As part of the Wills, Trusts, and Probate team, you will:
  • Manage a varied caseload involving wills, probate, and estate administration.
  • Provide tailored legal advice on wills, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Draft and review key legal documents such as wills, trust deeds, and powers of attorney.
  • Work closely with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to ensure smooth estate administration.
  • Stay abreast of legislative changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the department through business development initiatives.
What My Client is Looking For:
  • Qualified Solicitor: A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Wills, Trusts, and Probate.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with Lexcel standards, AML regulations, and the SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build client trust and relationships.
  • Efficient Case Management: Proven experience managing a busy and varied caseload.
  • Collaborative Approach: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
