What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading shift engineering teams to achieve exceptional performance (OEE) and deliver a robust maintenance program within budget.
* Overseeing the installation of new equipment, championing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Improving machine availability, up time, and operating speed while maintaining cost control within a healthy maintenance budget.
* Managing safety, quality, team leadership, maintenance schedules, budget control, spares management, and KPI reporting.
