Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on spec, and to client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and maintain top-notch quality.
- Provide clear communication on job progress, issues, and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage outsourced permanent POS projects and stay updated on materials, products, and technical processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Print production experience with a good understanding of the field or any other associated fields.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
