We are seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services across various client sites, focusing on air conditioning and building services. You’ll carry out planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and ensuring thesmooth operation of equipment. Mobile AC Engineer RequiredCovering London & HertfordshirePaying up to £48,000 per annum1 in 4 call out, £100pw allowance (min 4hrs call out)OT available (Sat x1.5 & Sun x2) Duties may include but are not limited to:Preventative Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on building services equipment, specifically focusing on air conditioning systems.Reactive Maintenance: Respond to reactive and emergency breakdowns promptly, diagnosing faults and ensuring swift resolution to maintain client satisfaction.Inspections and Diagnostics: Conduct thorough inspections, fault finding, and diagnosis to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.Task Completion: Ensure all tasks are completed according to service level agreements (SLAs) and to a high standard.Digital Job Sheets: Utilise a tablet or smartphone to complete and submit job sheets, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.Records Management: Maintain comprehensive on-site records, logbooks, and maintenance logs, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.Housekeeping: Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties on equipment to maximise operational life expectancy.Energy Efficiency: Actively seek and recommend energy-saving opportunities to help clients reduce consumption and environmental impact.Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, compliance, and local policies and procedures, always ensuring a safe working environment.Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers through professional communication, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.On-Call Support: Participate in the emergency on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support as needed.Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4Recruitment Services is an equal opportunities employer.To discuss this vacancy, please apply to the job with your updated CV
