**Heavy Plant Fitter Required to join the souths largest Private Plant, Construction, and Civils Utilities company at their North-London / Hertfordshire location.
In this role you will be required to provide support to the businesses plant operations, working on a variety of predominantly large plant.
Plant Fitter Position Overview
- Operate and inspect plant or equipment in order to diagnose defects
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, using diagnostic equipment
- Repair and replace damaged or worn parts
- Test plant or equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance
- Carry out any other duties appropriate for this post
Plant Fitter Position Requirements
- Proven experience working with a range of plant equipment, machines, and hydraulic equipment
- Confident in the diagnosis of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Relevant plant qualifications (City and Guilds / NVQ)
Plant Fitter Position Remuneration
- Salary DOE - 36K - 40K
- Monday to Friday
- 7am-4pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
