Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 depending on experience

This diverse and dynamic role will involve supporting our Directors while ensuring the smooth operation of our office and associated systems. Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to Directors:
- Provide proactive administrative support to the Directors.
- Manage the customer complaint procedure, ensuring timely resolution and customer reassurance.
- Handle the Afterbuild (aftercare) service, reviewing and reporting defects to Directors.
- Create high-quality customer manuals and handover packs that go "above and beyond" in delivering value.
- Assist with sales support, including logging sales inquiries, establishing genuine interest, and liaising with estate agents and sales progressors.
- Provide weekly reports on activities and task progress to the Directors via Teams.
Office Management:
- Oversee all reception-related duties, providing a warm and professional welcome to customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Prepare the office for meetings to ensure a professional, positive impression.
- Maintain a tidy office, manage office supplies, and organise the storeroom and inventory.
- Order and manage material samples to ensure availability.
Data and System Management:
- Maintain accurate records and manage both electronic and paper filing systems.
- Ensure all customer data is managed confidentially and in line with company procedures.
- Organise and audit company systems, databases, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
