Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong administrative support within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Manage and support the administration of hard services works within a Facilities Management setting.
  • Handle daily office duties, ensuring efficient management of processes and workflows.
  • Utilise strong experience with Excel and other IT packages for data entry, report generation, and general office tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining effective communication with internal and external teams, ensuring customer service excellence.
  • Coordinate administrative processes in line with facilities management operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all administrative tasks, especially under pressure in a dynamic environment

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Prior office administration experience is essential.
  • Experience within a Facilities Management environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant IT applications.
