Key Responsibilities for the Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Manage project budgets and financial targets, ensuring successful financial outcomes
* Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Provide cost analysis and financial forecasting to guide project efficiency
* Conduct risk assessments and implement cost-mitigation strategies
* Work alongside project managers to ensure budget alignment and project timelines
Requirements for the Senior Quantity Surveyor
* 8+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within highways
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
* Professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS) is desirable but not essential
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex infrastructure projects and contract negotiation
* Excellent analytical skills and a strong strategic mindset
