Position: Maintenance Planner
Location: Welwyn
Salary: 14.60 per hour / Premium 16.35 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (8:45 AM - 5:15 PM, 1-hour lunch break)
Team Size: 3 members
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our corporate business team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Analysing data on contracts
- Checking compliance for sites and tickets
- Conducting audits
- Raising work requests for planned maintenance
- Managing PPM schedules for electrical, mechanical, and building systems
