As a Senior Account Manager, you will use your knowledge of POS print to support one specific national retail client.  This role is best suited to someone who is good on CRM systems, a high level of detail, is confident in front of clients and can hold their own, so no wall flowers need apply please, sorry and thank you!

 

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for the client, get into the nitty gritty of their requirements and asking the right questions when taking briefs.
  • Understand current jobs, minimising production costs and timings, reducing both material and time wastage involved in the quote through to complete production
  • Operate the invoicing process accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Plan and brief projects as requested by the client or Group Account Director
  • Take full responsibility for service delivery
  • Attend client briefing meetings as and when required and take an active role in offering advice and support
  • Provide suggestions on how to add value to processes and systems whenever possible, driving more effective ways of working
  • Spend time in stores viewing campaigns and consider how they have been implemented and offer ideas for improvements etc
  • Seek cost saving and innovation opportunities and provide updates
  • Take part in pre-production meetings for all key projects ensuring that all relevant front of house and back of house personnel attend
  • Escalating any issues in a timely manner, assisting in their quick resolution
  • Support the client with any post campaign follow ups, issue resolution etc

 

You will benefit from working for a business that has several manufacturing sites across the UK and provide in-house creative/design, POS print, signage and warehousing. You will join a highly skilled Client Services team who are experienced and knowledgeable in POS visual communications.
