We currently have an opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join a research & development laboratory in Hertfordshire.
As a Laboratory Technician you will carry out testing of precious metals.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up and run analysis of precious metals.
- Conduct sample preparation.
- Ensure stock chemicals are maintained and re-ordered when needed.
- Ensure all work is carried out to required quality standards including ISO17025
- Record data and results onto LIMS.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in a Laboratory and have a degree (BSc) in chemistry or metallurgy (or related subject)
