We are working alongside a secondary school based in Hertfordshire who are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join their school and make a positive impact on our students' learning experience.
Position: Business and Economics Teacher
Location: Hertfordshire, UK
Start Date: January 2025
Employment Type: Full-time
Right to Work: Preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Business and Economics to students across various year groups, using innovative and engaging methods.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with school standards and educational guidelines.
- Provide leadership and guidance as Head of Department.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their academic growth.
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and the wider community to promote a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Must be a qualified teacher.
- Experience as a Head of Department or in a similar leadership role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of Business and Economics curricula and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Must be available to start in January 2025.
