Key Responsibilities – English Teacher:
•    Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality English lessons to KS3, KS4, and KS5 students.
•    Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure all learners achieve their full potential.
•    Contribute to the development of innovative teaching resources and strategies.
•    Support the English department in maintaining its excellent standards and contributing to whole-school initiatives.
•    Engage with parents, carers, and colleagues to support students' academic and personal development.


What We’re Looking For – English Teacher:
•    A qualified teacher with UK QTS and a strong academic background in English.
•    Experience teaching English across KS3 – KS5.
•    A commitment to maintaining high expectations for students and promoting a love of literature and language.
•    Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
•    A proactive, collaborative, and professional approach to teaching and school life.
•    Ability to inspire and engage students through creative teaching methods
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•    Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
•    Willingness to contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
