We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant for an SEMH school in Kings Langley . This full-time role involves supporting students with social, emotional, mental health, and behavioural challenges, either individually or in small groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEMH and related behavioural needs.
  • Foster positive engagement, helping students meet their academic and personal goals.
  • Encourage a positive learning experience in a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students' development across all areas.
