Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:15am - pm 3.45pm (Term Time Only)
Start Date: Immediate Start
Salary: £95 - £110 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Assistant for an SEMH school in Kings Langley . This full-time role involves supporting students with social, emotional, mental health, and behavioural challenges, either individually or in small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEMH and related behavioural needs.
- Foster positive engagement, helping students meet their academic and personal goals.
- Encourage a positive learning experience in a safe and inclusive environment.
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting students' development across all areas.
Key Requirements:
- Experience working with children or young people with behavioural and special educational needs.
- A background in supporting children and young people with diverse needs in educational or care settings.
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and effective learning strategies.
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to making a meaningful impact on students' lives.
- Strong relationship-building skills with students, staff, and families.
