Shift Patterns:

7:00 AM - 2:30 PM

2:15 PM - 9:45 PM

About the Service

P4 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our well-respected client for a Support Worker role in a supported living service. This service supports eight individuals (both male and female adults) with severe and complex needs. The individuals are non-verbal, most use wheelchairs, and require high levels of personal care.

Despite their challenges, they lead active and fulfilling lives, regularly participating in community activities, concerts, and holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Support individuals in daily activities and engagement within the community
Promote independence and well-being through tailored support plans
Work collaboratively with team members to provide high-quality care
Maintain accurate records and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities is highly desirable
Comfortable providing personal care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
A compassionate and patient approach to care
A full UK driving license or local residency is highly preferred, as Welwyn has limited public transport links
