About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Estimator to join one of Londons largest and most reputable RC Frame and Groundworks Contractors. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, overseeing cost estimation and tendering processes for major RC Frame and Groundworks projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for RC Frame and Groundworks projects.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure competitive and profitable submissions.
- Evaluating risks, materials, and labor costs to create comprehensive and competitive bids.
- Mentoring junior estimators and contributing to the continuous improvement of the estimating function.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as an estimator, ideally within RC Frame and Groundworks.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills.
