An opportunity has arisen for a Guillotine Operator to join a Wem-based team.
The successful candidate must have experience operating a guillotine and preferably some background in sheet metal work.
Candidates should have an engineering background and be comfortable using measuring equipment.
This full-time position offers a starting pay rate of £13.75, increasing to £14.46 after 12 weeks.
Overtime is available and expected when required, with working hours from 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 12:30 on Friday.

An opportunity has arisen for a Guillotine Operator to join our clients Wem based team.

The successful candidate must:

Have experience operating a guillotine, any experience in other areas of sheet metal work would be preferable but not essential.
Comfortable operating a 2 tonne forklft truck, licence preferable but training will be offered.
Have an engineering background.
Be able to use measuring equipment.
Perform work in accordance with the companies health and safety procedures.
Be highly motivated and reliable.
Work effectively, ensuring the workplace is kept in clean and orderly manner.

This is a full time position, with working hours from 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday, and 07:30 to 12:30 on a Friday.

Overtime is available, and would be expected when required.

Pay rate starts at £13.75 then changes to £14.46 after 12 weeks
