- The Quantity Surveyor role involves precontract and postcontract responsibilities, including estimation, tender work packages, and monthly valuations.
- Candidates should have ideally 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a relevant degree and contractor QS experience.
- The position requires strong analytical skills, experience with NEC and JCT contracts, and exceptional communication abilities.
- The job offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with benefits including career growth support and assistance in attaining RICS chartership.

Requirements:
- Ideally 3Â years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Contractor QS experienceÂ
- A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience essential in NEC and JCT forms of contract.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Full driving licence
